15th Young Leaders Annual Conference

We are delighted to announce the 15th Young Leaders Annual Conference, which will take place on October 9 and 10, 2025, inDortmund.
This year's conference will focus on the topic of "Future Technologies Shaped in Asia."

As every year, you can expect a high-caliber conference with exciting insights, high-level panels, and diverse networking opportunities within our strong Young Leaders Network.

Asia is no longer just the world's workbench – many of the innovations that will shape our future are now emerging in Asia, from artificial intelligence and green technologies to digital infrastructures. Technological developments in the region are already influencing key economic and strategic decisions, including in Germany. At the annual conference, we want to explore the topic in depth and discuss with experts from business, politics, and academia what this means for German business in Asia and our generation of leaders.

The event will kick off on the evening of October 9 at Signal Iduna Park, Borussia Dortmund's stadium. Together with BVB, there will be an insight into the Asia strategy as well as live insights into Wilo technologies in the stadium. The conference day on October 10 will take place at WILO SE.
