OAV Young Leaders: young managers with an affinity for Asia

The OAV Young Leaders are part of the association's young leaders program. This is where the high potentials of our member companies network in order to pool their Asian expertise and leadership qualities and develop them further together. Founded in 2001 in Hamburg with around twenty participants, the network has now grown to over three hundred members in more than ten regional groups. Even though the focus is on Germany, over a third of the Young Leaders now live in the Asia-Pacific region.
