Rainer Grünauer

Rainer Grünauer, Head of Sales Additive Manufacturing at TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH + Co. KG, together with Dr. Markus Rasner has been a Co-spokesman of the OAV Young Leaders since 1 January 2016. Rainer Grünauer has been active as regional spokesman for the OAV Young Leaders in Baden-Wurttemberg since 2012 and has been a member of the OAV Board since 2017.

Markus Rasner

Dr. Markus Rasner, lawyer and partner at Oppenhoff, is an expert in M&A and corporate law and, together with Rainer Grünauer, co-spokesman for the OAV Young Leaders since 1 January 2016. Dr. Markus Rasner has been an active member of the OAV since 2013 and was regional spokesman for the OAV Young Leaders in Hesse from 2014 to 2019 and has been a member of the Board of the OAV since 2017.

Rainer Grünauer has many years of experience in sales of capital goods in Asian countries. Rainer Grünauer has been Regional Spokesman for Baden-Wurttemberg since the end of 2012. He led a workshop at the OAV Young Leaders Annual Conference 2015 in Berlin with the title "Establishing Offices in Asia".

Bavaria

Martina Maciejewski-Hofmann, Owner of "Your success in India" (info@success-in-india.com)
As the owner of her consulting company “Your success in India” in her projects Martina Maciejewski-Hofmann ensures smooth communication between Germans and Indians and lively communication of content in her seminars. As a Regional Spokeswoman, she organizes regular lunch and evening meetings, so that the Bavarian YL get to know each other better and are looking forward to the networking opportunities.

Hesse

Katharina Ruppel, Senior Managerin, tax consultant at Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (Katharina.Ruppel@de.ey.com)
At EY, Katharina Ruppel supports Asian companies with real estate investments in Germany, supports them in the establishment, accounting, HR issues and tax compliance. In Frankfurt she is involved in the German Malaysian Round Table as a chapter initiator. As Regional Spokeswoman, she organizes business dinners and company visits for the YL for mutual exchange of experiences in Hesse.

Jakarta, Indonesia

Leonard Anilaputra Eggert, Chief Representative Indonesia bei der LBBW-Landesbank Baden Württemberg (leonard.eggert@lbbwid.com)
Born to German-Indonesian parents, Leonard Anilaputra Eggert heads the Representative Office of LBBW in Indonesia since September 2019. Previously, he spent 5 years working in the banking sector Singapore and had studied at the Renmin University of China in Beijing as part of his MSc Finance degree.

Northern Germany

Alexander Oldenburg, Senior Manager/General Manager Deal Advisory, Valuation, KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (AlexanderOldenburg@kpmg.com)
At KPMG AG, Alexander Oldenburg is a member of the Global China Desk and is among others contact person for Chinese clients in Germany. He has been actively involved in the OAV network since the end of 2013 and since then, as Regional Spokesman for Northern Germany, has promoted the constant exchange among the YL, e.g. he successfully established the Ambassador Talk, which takes place annually as part of the Ostasiatisches Liebesmahl in Hamburg with ambassadors from the Asia-Pacific region.

North Rhine-Westphalia

Katja Neumüller, lawyer at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (katja.neumueller@luther-lawfirm.com)
Katja Neumüller works in Luther's office in Cologne and specializes in advising companies on their cross-border transactions in Asia. She has lived and worked abroad for a long time, including in Singapore and Shanghai. Since May 2015, she has shared her technical expertise and personal Asian interest with the Young Leaders in North Rhine-Westphalia as a Regional Spokeswoman and is further expanding the regional network. In addition to regular meetings and company tours, she organizes ambassador talks and webinars.

Shanghai, China

Patrick Heid, lawyer and partner at GvW Graf von Westphalen (p.heid@sh.gvw.com)
Patrick Heid works at GvW Graf von Westphalen, one of the largest independent commercial law firms in Germany. He has been living and working in Shanghai since 2010, where he leads their China business. Patrick Heid has been an active member of the OAV for many years and is the Regional Spokesman for Shanghai, the first Young Leaders regional group outside Germany. He is pleased about the newly created network of young leaders sent to China and has ever since been expanding this forum with great motivation.

Singapore

Timo Becker, Associate Director at LBBW (Timo.Becker@lbbwsg.com)
Timo Becker has been the Regional Spokesman for the Young Leaders in Singapore since January 2020. He already has many years of Asian experience, which he will now expand as Associate Director in the Financal Markets Sales Asia of LBBW in Singapore. He will expand his professional network and use it to establish other exciting OAV Young Leaders formats with the Young Leaders, including Get-together for cross-industry exchange, fireplace evenings with embassies and NGOs.
