1st German-Japanese Leadership Dialogue 2025
Trusted Alliance in a Fragmented World – Strategic Perspectives on German-Japanese Economic Cooperation
In today’s world of shifting geopolitics and fragmented markets, trusted alliances provide stability, perspective, and opportunity. It is therefore no surprise that Germany and Japan are deepening their partnership to not only address global challenges but also to shape the future together.
The 1st German-Japanese Leadership Dialogue 2025 invites senior executives, policymakers, and experts to engage in an open and forward-looking exchange. At the heart of the discussions are crucial questions: How can the two countries build resilient supply chains, drive the green and digital transformation, and safeguard economic security in an unpredictable global environment?
By bringing together panelists from diverse industries and backgrounds, the leadership dialogue offers more than a platform for debate. It is a platform to build trust, explore new areas for collaboration, and chart a shared course toward a sustainable, innovative, and prosperous global economy.
The event is jointly organized by AHK Japan (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan) and the OAV – German Asia-Pacific Business Association, with the support of IHK Frankfurt am Main, Handelsblatt, Nikkei, Deutsche Bank, and in partnership with APA, JETRO, and DJW.
