Save-the-Date: Sri Lankan-German Business Forum and Business Mission to the Northern Province

After a challenging period of economic turmoil, Sri Lanka is showing signs of recovery and growth in 2025, and political stability is improving investor confidence. The island is located on one of the most important trading routes connecting Asia with Europe. Plans to expand and to up-grade the port infrastructure offer great potential for closer international cooperation in maritime logistics. Join us in discovering the potential of project and investment opportunities – in the thriving maritime sector as well as in sourcing, manufacturing, sustainability, tourism and digitalisation.

The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Sri Lanka (AHK Sri Lanka), in cooperation with OAV and supported by DIHK, invites you to join the  Sri Lankan Business Forum from 27 to 29 May 2026 in Colombo. This event will be followed by a business mission from 30 May to 2 June 2026 to the Northern Province and its vibrant economic center Jaffna, exploring business opportunities on the ground. You may choose to participate in one or both segments.
