India Day: “Transforming landscape of India as a global innovation partner”

The relevance of startup exchange with India is steadily increasing globally and specifically to the AsiaBerlin network. India added over 1,300 new tech startups in 2019, making the country the third largest startup ecosystem in the world, according to the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.

India Day is organized by the German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP),  AsiaBerlin and OAV as partners with the aim of positioning India as a global innovation partner of technology and innovation, especially among startups. Topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Sustainable Urban Mobility, Corporate Innovation in an Indo-German context will jointly be addressed. This one-day hybrid event, broadcast live from Berlin, will feature three interactive panels with different perspectives of innovative startups, policy makers and industry experts, as well as the opportunity to network with governments, corporates and startups in person and online.
